Tuesday 20th

This morning we went kayaking on Loch Eck. We travelled there in the minibus after collecting our water proofs and life jackets.
When we arrived there we brought out our kayaks, then got into the water and started to get used to our paddles.  Paddling was hard and fun. Shianne tipped her kayak over three times and Jake almost capsized next to the shore. The loch was very deep and cold but we were safe in our life jackets.

Next we started chasing Mr Kelly around the loch and he wouldn't stop splashing us. He was hard to catch so we all got together  for revenge. But no one did until Tyler sneaked up on him from behind while he was speaking to the Instructor Paul. (Mr Kelly thought this was unfair!! Ha ha ha!!)

Mr Kelly, Tyler and Bradley paddled further up the loch as they were good and fast at kayaking.

As we we were finishing nearly everyone either capsized their kayaks or jumped in the water. Once you get used to it you don't think about the cold and play around.

The other  groups today went Gorge Walking, High Ropes and Caving. We haven't seen the caving group yet...!!!

This afternoon our group is going climbing and abseiling on an enormous death, defying cliff near the loch. But don't worry we have ropes and safety equipment.

Thank you for reading our blog.
